Admission Policy & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Eduview360 is an independent education consultancy that provides students with admission guidance, counselling, documentation support, application assistance, and admission facilitation for programs offered by recognized universities and educational institutions in India and abroad.

Eduview360:

• Does not award degrees or academic qualifications.
• Does not conduct academic programs or examinations.
• Does not collect tuition or academic fees on behalf of universities unless specifically authorized.
• Does not participate in the academic, statutory, or financial governance of any university or institution.

All decisions relating to admissions, eligibility, selection, fee collection, scholarships, refunds, academic regulations, and course delivery remain solely with the respective university or institution.

2. Application Fee Policy

2.1 Application Fee

Where applicable, Eduview360 may collect an Application/Processing Fee for counselling, profile assessment, documentation verification, and application processing.

This fee is charged only for consultancy and administrative services and is separate from any university or institution fees.

Eduview360 never authorizes any individual or third party to collect money on its behalf unless officially communicated. Eduview360 will never request OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs, or confidential banking credentials.

2.2 Non-Refundable Fee

Any Application or Processing Fee paid to Eduview360 is strictly non-refundable, irrespective of admission outcome, withdrawal, cancellation, or change of plans.

2.3 Purpose of the Fee

The Application/Processing Fee covers services including:

• Student counselling
• Career guidance
• Profile evaluation
• Documentation verification
• Application preparation
• University application support
• Communication and follow-up assistance

Since these services commence immediately after registration, the fee remains non-refundable.

2.4 No Guarantee of Admission

Payment of any consultancy or application fee does not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa approval, or seat confirmation.

Admission decisions are made solely by the respective university or institution based on its eligibility criteria.

3. Screening & Admission Support Policy

3.1 Screening by Eduview360

Eduview360 may conduct:

• Student profile assessment
• Eligibility verification
• Career counselling
• Documentation review
• Interview preparation
• Application assistance

3.2 University Submission

Once the student's application is complete, Eduview360 forwards the application to the respective university or institution.

Thereafter, all decisions regarding admission, offer letters, fee collection, scholarships, and enrollment are made exclusively by the university.

3.3 University Independence

Eduview360 cannot modify, influence, or override any admission criteria, eligibility requirements, scholarship decisions, or university policies.

4. Deferral Policy

4.1 Eligibility

A student may request a deferral before the application has been formally processed or submitted to the university.

4.2 One-Time Deferral

Where applicable, Eduview360 may allow a one-time application transfer to the next available admission intake, subject to university timelines.

4.3 Fee Validity

Any Processing/Application Fee paid to Eduview360 remains valid only for the approved deferred intake.

4.4 After University Processing

Once the university has begun evaluating the application or issued an admission offer, all deferment requests shall be governed solely by the university's policies.

Eduview360 cannot guarantee approval of any deferral.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Before Application Processing

Students may withdraw their application at any time.

However, any Application or Processing Fee paid to Eduview360 remains non-refundable.

5.2 After Submission to University

If the application has already been submitted to the university, the student may still withdraw.

However:

• Eduview360's consultancy/application fee remains non-refundable.
• Any tuition or academic fee refund shall be governed entirely by the respective university's refund policy.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Eduview360 Fees

All consultancy, counselling, documentation, application processing, and service fees paid to Eduview360 are strictly non-refundable.

6.2 University Tuition Fees

Eduview360 does not determine university refund policies.

Any tuition fee, admission fee, hostel fee, or academic fee paid directly to the university shall be refunded only according to:

• The respective university's refund policy.
• Applicable regulatory guidelines, where relevant.

6.3 University Authority

The university has exclusive authority regarding:

• Admissions
• Seat confirmation
• Scholarship decisions
• Withdrawals
• Refunds
• Deferrals
• Academic regulations

Eduview360 acts solely as an admission guidance and consultancy service and does not intervene in university decisions.

7. Amendments

Eduview360 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update this Policy at any time.

The latest version published through Eduview360's official communication channels shall supersede all previous versions and shall become effective immediately upon publication.
